Fulfillment of Services

- Service timelines and deliverables are determined on a project or monthly basis, as discussed with your account manager.
- All services are considered fulfilled once the agreed-upon deliverables are provided and/or implemented.
Cancellation Policy
For our ongoing month-to-month services, we require a 30-day written notice to process cancellations. This ensures a smooth transition and allows us to complete any pending deliverables within the cancellation period.
- Cancellation notices must be submitted via email to [email protected].
- If cancellation is requested within the 30-day period, you will still be billed for the final month of services, and work will continue until the end of that billing cycle.
Refund Policy
Refunds are not provided for services rendered. Exceptions will only be made if we are unable to fulfill the agreed-upon services due to unforeseen circumstances outside of our control.
